Someone is trying to access my computer?

Every time I sign into a new wifi that isn't my home network, I get these notifications all the time and I don't know how to get rid of them. I keep clicking "block" but it keeps coming back.

The easiest way to remove that message is to remove Norton.

Add-on anti-malware can cause as many problems as it solves—you’re dealing with a non-problem here, where the tool is getting in the way. Corruptions, crashes, and performance problems also arise with add-on anti-malware apps. Some anti-malware products have themselves introduced security vulnerabilities, too.
