Help me refund :(

Dear Apple Customer Support,

On February, my account purchased 300$ in the game Punball.

This was not my decision, my little brother took my phone, use my faceid while I was sleeping.

I know this is hard but I want to ask for a refund. My family (including me) are infected with Covid and cannot go to work, 300$ is a huge amount to us, which can help buying food and medicine.

I hope you can help me receive the refund.
