my phone have problem

I had updated my Iphone to IOS 15.3.1 . But now, my Iphone still have problem. often lose signal and lose internet . I feel this is a bad experience using a high-end iPhone

I have do your instructions, but the signal loss, the internet still occurs, not only that, the frequency of signal loss is even more than before.
