I've had this problem for a few months now. I have noticed that the yellowish vertical line appeared the day after I got the ios update last November. The white horizontal line appeared hours after the update last December. I've tried factory resetting but it didn't disappear. Can someone help?

If no better you should arrange a repair https://support.apple.com/iphone/repair/service
or Contact - Official Apple Support
