You Tube link results are "Error Occurred"

When accessing You Tube via a third party link while using Safari, I receive "error occurred." However, when using google chrome the links are successful. I prefer to use Safari.

The cause is usually a Safari Extension: If Safari on Mac doesn't open a webpage or isn't working as expected - Apple Support.
