is ipad air 3 battery 11000 mAh or 8134 mAh

I'm confused as to the battery capacity of my ipad air 3. The issue is that a battery pack rated at 30,000 mAh uses about half its nominal capacity to charge the ipad. I have reasons to suspect the nominal capacity of the battery pack is overstated (or its defective) but not sure by how much.

Apple Tech page says the battery is 30.2 WH, but doesn't state any voltage.

One Web site states the battery is 11000 mAh (https://www.gadgetsnow.com/tablets/Apple-iPad-Air-3)

Most reviews etc state the battery is 8134 mAh.

I'm confused! Can someone straighten me out?

Thanks all, 8134 does indeed seem to be the consensus.

Its pretty clear its 30.2Wh which implies 3.7 v

The battery in question is nominally 111Wh and 300000 mAh which should be over 3 x ipad capacity.

But one full charge on ipad is taking 58% of the battery, ie 1.7 x ipad capacity.

Not an Apple issue of course but the batter pack is going back!
