App charges that I never authorized from Apple are showing up on my credit card
i want them cancelled and money refunded. How is this done. No phone number to reach apple

Charges cannot just magically appear. You must have done something to cause them to appear even if you were unaware. Most common are downloading an App with a free trial and never cancelling it. Free trials normally renew into paid recurring subscriptions.
