The screenshot that you attached to your post seems to be from If an alert says Face ID has been disabled on your iPhone or iPad Pro - Apple Support, is that the specific error you’re receiving on your device when trying to use Face ID? If so, were you able to complete the steps in that article?


If that is not the message that you see when trying to use Face ID, we’d recommend that you follow the steps in If Face ID isn't working on your iPhone or iPad Pro - Apple Support, which can help resolve this behavior for you.


If the steps in the above articles don’t work, we’d recommend that you reach out to Apple directly for assistance using: Get Support
