Hello,

I bought an iPad Pro 11 "(2021) and the cable to the usb c connector is hard to plug in. Is that okay?

Hello ~ It all depends on “hard to plug in” as it should plug in easily to your iPad. I would be concerned that something is wrong or something may be in the port. This probably will get worse over time and cause problems in the future. Take it in for a check and if a major problem return it for your money back while you still can.

OK thank you for answer. The seller informed me that it is normal to start using it and that it will come loose in a short time of use and everything will be fine. and after a week of use, I feel that it is a bit better and the cable is no longer so difficult to insert. but it still doesn't go the way to my macbook pro

Hello ~ Well… in my humble opinion that is not the case. I would encourage you to take it in to get that checked out. Y Apple or an authorized service provider.Did you buy it from someone online ? If so I would be skeptical of what they are telling you. Is this “seller” Apple or an authorized reseller?

I enjoyed this post and the unexpected & comical turns of events it led me through. After a substantial search for a qualifying post, I was also hoping my reply was off subject enough to report or flag as such so that I could advance to Support Community level 2. There’s just no surplus of such posts in recent years.
