Hello, my Apple Watch says Apple support. How can I fix this?

See this link but you can pretty much be guaranteed, it will require a visit to Apple, either in person or by mailing in for service.
If you see a red "!" on your Apple Watch - Apple Support
If the Forced Restart procedure doesn't work, tap the blue contact Apple Support for mail in service. Or, you can take the watch directly to your Apple Store Genius Bar inperson.
