Rust and heating up

I got my Iphone 12 last year march and notice the back camera hardware around the lenses looked like it is somewhat rusted. This is how the phone was received and never too much note of it as its not that noticeable. I have a picture taken on the day I received the phone. It heats up a bit too when using Netflix. Will Apple warranty cover this?
