Hi! im having problems sending emails with my company email

I'm trying to figure out if my phones settings are why my emails wont send or if its the email itself that needs fixed. Everytime I try to send or reply to an email on my work phone it says "can niot send mail, the server rejected one of the recipient addresses. The message has been placed in your Outbox".... what do I do about this?

Figure out which recipient address is unacceptable to your IT department. You might ask them.
