Magic Mouse is lagging when iPhone is near and receives a push notification

When using my magic mouse on my MacBook Pro (2018) it starts to lag every time my iPhone is near and receives a push notification. The lagging stops when iPhone screen turns off again.

Did anyone experience this before?

Is it a Magic Mouse issue or general Bluetooth issue?

The keyboard and mice work fine on all other Bluetooth enabled devices, but NOT on the one device I have with Ventura. (And, yes, I have done all the troubleshooting. Nothing makes it work properly for more than a few minutes.) It is sloppy and anti-user to let this bug continue! I left PC's to get away from this kind of shoddy workmanship!
