Check your Settings > General > About > Model Name > ?

You can install the only latest iOS version, iOS 12.0.1 is not available anymore

iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus: iOS 12.5.5

iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus and all newer iPhone models: iOS 15.3.1

How to do so...

I. Verify Compatibility:

Identify your iPhone model. The first thing that comes to mind in incompatibility being the culprit. So, confirm the model of your iPhone. If iPhone model is incompatible with iOS13 and/or iOS14 and/or iOS15 then it is because you iPhone does not meet the hardware requirements for this iOS version(s).

II. If Compatible...

1. Back Up First:
