My Instagram app when I reinstalled isn’t showing on my socials or any other folder in the App Library, but just in recently added. I have done the computer thing, and the switching off and on, uninstall and reinstall but it keep showing only on recently added.

Because you reinstalled it is now recently added.
It doesn't matter, if you reinstall an app, it will go into recently added.
i reinstalled for some different reason, but when I did it changed its folder from socials to creativity. So the Instagram app isn’t on socials anymore
App isn’t showing in any other folder than recently added
