How to enter passcode when VoiceOver is on

Check the page to find information and the suggestion to connect the charger to the computer does not work, it does not allow me to enter the code, an error appears and the Iphone is disabled from many times I tried to unlock it, the Iphone is locked with password and voice over is on, siri is off. How do I access my phone? I don't have access and the voiceover doesn't help at all. Can someone tell me what to do?
