on my iPhone, the iMessage apps above the keyboard such as Memoji or #images aren’t working, and neither are any that come with downloading apps - I can click on them but they don’t open :( this has been an issue for a couple of years now as of feb 2022
the only ones that do work are Apple Music and photos. Please help - I don’t know what is going on!

Yes, I do use screen time but as far as I’m aware my iOS is the latest version… and I restarted my phone - no change…
