Downloading multiple files from safari

Hello. I just tried to download a couple of files from Safari to my iPhones files app. One of them downloaded completely fine, but the other ones just stayed at 0%. I don’t know if this is a bug, or me being impatient. If it’s a bug, could someone please help me find a work around?
