“I have been charged £ 14.99 and it has been taken out of my bank account ihavent made any purchase and not knowingly signed up for any subscription ian a line mum with children to fed and cannot afford for that amount of money to be taken please can I get a refund as I’m at my wits ends with stress about this haven’t stopped crying thank u ”
