App Permissions have been deleted

Hi! So I just opened up Snapchat (used hundreds of times before) and it says I need to give it camera permissions. When I go to settings and "allow snapchat to access...", camera is not an option. This happened to one of my other apps that needs mic permissions. I have not changed any permissions in my settings, how do I fix this?
