Browser link highjacked

I recently clicked on a suggested website link and was redirected to some other site. The link is valid according to members of the forum. I ran Malwarebytes and it found no issues. The link is redirected in both Chrome (Google) and Safari browsers.

this https://www.ravpower.com/collections/power-bank takes me to https://ca.taotronics.com/

Macbook Air M1, latest OS and all updates.

Any thoughts/advice? Have up to now, relied on Apple to protect me from malicious software.. do I/should I have AV software, suggestions.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.2

Okay, did that and nothing jumps out. For what it's worth the link is also hijacked on my Windows 7 desktop that has top of the line AV running: I tried pasting the report and was informed I need to use the additional text feature, not sure how that works but will give it a go.
