Calls go straight to voicemail

Hi, I have one specific person whose calls always go straight to my Voicemail, yet I do not have that person blocked. I even deleted the contact and re-entered it to be sure... Any ideas??

Blocked Voicemail numbers not in my Blocked list I checked Voicemail on my iPhone X today and found two voicemails from my doctor's officer were listed as Blocked. I went to Contacts, scrolled down to the Block This Caller, and none of the telephone numbers from my doctor's office were listed there. As these were from my doctor, this is very troubling and something I would like to fix. Can anyone suggest any fixes? I was unable to do so Googling this topic.
