iCloud Storage

Hello,

I am using an iCloud + 50 GB plan and I have had a problem for a couple of months now. Viber takes up 30.4 GB of total memory. I used to be able to erase data and free my iCloud storage, but for two months now iCloud has been showing me "DELETE IN PROGRESS" and nothing is happening. I am sending you pictures attached.

Do you Want to Erase iCloud?:

To erase all of iCloud, back up iCloud, and then export it to a drive. Once exported, delete it all.

Set Up a Chat Session:

If you cannot call Apple, then perform a chat session with them.

  1. Go to: support.apple.com
  2. Scroll Down to "Tell us how we can help"
  3. Select: Get Support
  4. Keep: selecting items until you get the chat option.

I tried to restart the device, but unfortunately the error "Delete in progress" is constantly standing, regardless of the restart or change of the network, the error is present, and it has been going on for two months.
