Iphone camera hacked

Telling you that your phone was hacked is a common step in a phishing message - their goal is to create fear, uncertainty and doubt in order to encourage you to do something that you wouldn’t otherwise do.. such as follow a link. The email you received is an obvious scam and should be ignored and deleted.

I could tell you that I know your name and I know exactly what you did, but that doesn’t mean I actually HAVE that information. They’re going to tell you anything in order to get you to do what they want you to do. Don’t fall for it.

Your name is not a secret and they guessed what you were doing. Because many, many people who use the internet look at adult websites, they stood a good chance of being right.
