Open Finder > Preferences… > Sidebar and check the ones you want.

There is already a Pictures and a Movies folder under Favorites. Or did you wish to create more?

Not on the new MacBook Pro 16" I have been using for only a couple of months. My previous one, not upgradeable beyond macOS Big Sur, does (and a Music local folder as well).
