The owner has the ability to display contact information on the

screen. If the iPad is charged and you do not see such information,

there is no way to get it.


Turn the iPad into the local authorities or the Lost and Found

Department if the location where you found the iPad has such

a facility.


Or recycle the iPad responsibly (Apple, Staples, many other places

will do that for you).
