My location cannot be determined

I did everything like the article told me to do ( went to settings turned off and on the location services , restart my iPad etc . ) but it’s still not fixing anything

We understand your iPad is having trouble determining your location. We'd be happy to provide information to help you troubleshoot.


Do you have a VPN installed on your iPad? You may want to remove it by going to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management > VPN and press the information button to remove the VPN.


If this does not help, please let us know as much information as possible about what yo see when you get an alert that your location can't be determined.
