For some reason my phone doesn’t work without internet on most apps. How do I fix

Please check which app use Mobile Data, go to Settings -> tap Mobile network -> scroll down to apps -> turn On per app.
You always need Wi-Fi or Mobile Data. if you're not on Wi-Fi, it will use mobile data.
