• Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

B. Apple Logo:

If you see the Apple logo, visit this link: If your iPhone is Stuck on the Apple Logo - Apple Support

Once you see the icon then the iPhone is in recovery mode, all you data is already gone.

You can restore using a backup.
