Two days ago
I updated my phone
right before the update I checked my battery health and it was on a hundred percent
the next day after upgrading I checked again and it was on a 98%
i just checked and now it’s on a 97%
Please what’s going on??

With any new version of iOS there are always maintenance and re-indexing tasks to be performed. It should settle down in a few days.
The battery health decrease is normal and is nothing to worry about. It is just an estimate anyway:
