Monterey will not read 9999 images on a SDXC card. Windows has no such problem. That needs to be fixed ASAP.

Fuji set up many of their cameras to be able to write up to 9999 images in a folder on an SDXC card. Windows can evidently read that folder without problem. Monterey can not. So Fuji issued new firmware to do drop the folder size to max 999 images.

This needs to be fixed in Monterey. Should be zero problems having 9999 images to a single folder on an SDXC that a Mac can read without error!

Unfortunately, I need to share an unpleasant fact with you. Neither Apple nor Microsoft will write their operating system's software to be compliant with every vendor's equipment. it just can't be done. What they do is to provide vendors with the specifications for their operating systems and the vendors must update their equipment's software to be compliant. I suggest you need to go to Fuji and either get updated software or work with them to find out how to fix the issue.
