Focus Mode

In do not disturb mode if any one calls why cant I receive the call ? I want to be able to see if any one calls when the phone is in do not disturb mode . It should not ring

some incoming iPhone calls do not notify me even though I do not have do not disturb enabled Frequently I am waiting for a call and my phone never rings or notifies me that the call is incoming. I only discover I missed the call when I look at Recent calls and see a number in red. Frustrating. No, "Do Not Disturb" is not enabled. This doesn't happen on all incoming calls, just a few, mostly numbers that are not in my directory. Would it help if I restored my iPhone back to default?

Calls being silenced when phone is locked or in use (& DND is OFF) Is anyone else having a problem with calls being silenced even when DND is turned off? this feature is not working correctly, it is silencing calls when do not disturb is turned off and not scheduled any time my phone is locked or in use. this is causing me to miss important calls from callers. What is the fix?!?

Hello there!

If you want to take calls while running DND you can by going to Settings > focus > Do not disturb > allow notifications > people > Add the person you want to take calls from or you can take calls from everyone through calls from Make it all contact
