Can I trash all junk mil at once?

Review the Junk mail in the respective Mail account folders on your Mail sidebar to ensure you will not be whacking a good email. Then, from Mail > Mailbox > Erase Junk Mail (option+cmd+J). This will remove Junk mail in all Mail accounts.
