I'm trying to change my payment method on my iPad Air 2 running iOS 15.1.3. I've gone to Settings>tapped my name>Payment & Shipping, but there's no option to add/delete method. Tapping on my outdated credit card does nothing. The Apple support directions are incorrect in that under Payment & Shipping there's no option to add/delete. Ideas?

You can also go to Settings - Media and Purchases - View account - Payment methods (for iOS and iPadOS)
Thanks, but that doesn't work. There's no option to add a new payment method, and tapping on my old payment method does nothing. Also in Settings> under my name, is a line that states "Update Payment Detals" and has a red 1 next to it, but tapping on that brings up a prompt that flashes for about half a second and then goes away. Also, Settings>Media and Purchases>View Account has no Payment Methods option to select. Another person seeing my iPad confirmed it.
You're saying you have a 15.1.3? This version does not exist. There's 15.3.1. what do you have in settings-general-about-iPadOS version
Might also check the screen time settings - turn it off for the time of troubleshoot.
Restart your iPad and try again
Thanks for correcting me... the version on my iPad is 15.3.1. Screen time settings is off and the ipad was hard re-started but the problem is still there.
