Use a Computer for this:
Manage the iCloud storage through use of a computer, as it would be more user-friendly doing so. Viewing the iCloud Drive: https://www.icloud.com/iclouddrive
Delete it at iCloud.com or on any device on which iCloud is enabled. When you delete in one place, it deletes in all.
