i am getting error to restore mobile

I have 2 i phone 6 using same user ID and Password, one of my phone getting problem to restore or update, it is showing 4013 error, i am tired of restore, please help me, Device Detailed below

4013 is usb connectivity error,

If one is ok then it suggests dirty or damaged lightning port .
