Hi, I got my iphone 13 yesterday (22nd feb), came home from the store and had put it on restoring backup from iCloud option. I have around 400gb in my iCloud backup and it’s taking agessss. Why that long? Never happened to me ever. If anyone could tell me how long more would it take to restore 400gb back to my phone

It may time out before it can finish, I would guess it would be at least 12 hours or more.
If it stalls you may want to exit out and try this -> Use Quick Start to transfer data to a new iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Yep, it will always come down to the speed of the network.
It is going to take quite a bit of time at that download speed.
