I was double charged for a case in a Apple Store. How do I get refunded?

I was promised to refund wired charge on 19th of June. Still no refund On 19th of June I found charge record in my bank account history for $9.99. Charge organization titled as " Retail IRL ITUNES.COM APPLE.COM/BILL". I rechecked my subscriptions and saw nothing but iCloud+ for $1.19. Started chat with apple support where I was promised to refund this weird charge. Still no refund. What my next steps to have?
