How to get an appropriate invoice (or any other documents) for such a case from Apple?

You will need to contact the tax authority in your country; we are all other users here and I do not think that Apple gives you a specific invoice. You can contact Apple for a more direct answer (link in upper right corner).
You do realize that you will need to expect import taxes from your country? As well as the fact that the warranty is only valid in the country of purchase?
