Recover Deleted photos

yesterday I got an iPad Air and logged in with my Apple ID, I wanted to set up as a new iPad so I didn’t click to restore from iCloud or any thing but it still downloaded all my photos. So I deleted all 6000 photos from my iPad and also from the recently deleted album in iPad. I’ve gone onto my phone this evening and seen it had also deleted from my phone and the last I cloud back up was after they had been deleted, is there any way of getting these back??

Sure, you can restore a backup. Here’s how.

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support

That will, however, provide no photos.

It sounds like you housed your photos in iCloud Photos. So since you went to the trouble of deleting photos from Recently Deleted, which is much like emptying your trash, the photos are gone forever.
