Hello, i’ve heard that from 2022 Apple will finally sell original parts to the public for personal device repair, but my question is - how do i buy them ? For example i need a battery or display for my 12 mini. I mention that i am able to change the parts myself.

All Apple has done is issue a press release. There's no word whether or not they'll require an exchange or what the policies will be.
