Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions

Hello everybody,

I need your help with such paragraph about using Apple content:

- You may use the Services and Content only for personal, noncommercial purposes (except as set forth in the App Store Content section below).

I don't understand exactly what does it mean. For example, I want to download any app from App Store, and to make any text or picture, using it. For example, I need to sell this picture or text. Will it be a commercial usage of Apple products?
