I can’t create a new folder in my desktop , can’t copy any file in desktop
I trying to create a folder it showing The Operation can’t be completed Unexpected error occurred error code 8072 i didy found my desktop

WHen did this problem start in relation with what you did/install to the Mac?
You say you are on 12.2 12.2.1 was released 2.10 so update if not already there
Just where are you trying to create the folder? Starting with Big Sure there is a sealed System volume which you can write to.
Try booting to Safe Mode. That boot up takes minutes and clears caches and other things that may resolve your problem.

Can you create it when in Safe Mode?
A lot of times just boot to Safe Mode followed by normal boot resolves problems.
After a normal start can you create a folder?

that doesnt work, moreover if you have SIP activated wont let you recover unless you switch SIP off, which a pain on the A#%
I have the same issue, i just empt my bin and then all gone, documents i have on my desktop plus now desktop is not available Its really lame how mac can be so unfriendly user, i have to because is the work machine choose by my employer, but it is really bad, and i am a linux user...

There is something wrong with your system.
FWIW, SIP has nothing to do with. You do not need to turn it off in order to use Recovery. That is just false.
We need to know more about your setup.
