Change country - Apple ID
Hi. I need to spend the remaining balance on my Apple account. I only have $0,51 but that is enough to stop my attempts to change my country.

Buy something more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method to pay the excess amount; if you can't do this, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
