I was transferring/copying files from my PHOTOS in my macbook to my hard drive to clear some space and I’ve been doing command c for copying and pasting on my hard drive and al the videos just turned into unadjusted jpg :( I’ve sadly deleted all my
photos even recently deleted on my photos as I was in need of a space.. is there any solution to convert this jpg to a video please :(

Unfortunately if you copy paste from photos to a folder, it only copies the preview image, not the video (or even the full resolution photograph). There is no way to recover the video from this.
Do you have any regular backup of your system (eg time machine). If so you shoudl recover your photos library from a backup from before you deleted the files.
For future reference you need to use file>export to make sure you get the video as you want it.

When you use copy and paste to transfer items from your Photos Library, you are just saving the current preview.
For a Video to might just be the thumbnail jpeg of the video.
There is no way to turn it into a video.
Do you still have a Time Machine backup of your Photos Library?
I take it, you already have checked the Recently Deleted album, if your videos are still there?
