Apple One Premier

I have subscribed to Apple one premier but it does not seem to be sharing with my family. I am continuing to get charged for additional iCloud storage on their devices.

Did you share your storage and did they switch their storage plan as described in Share iCloud+ with your family - Apple Support ?
