Unsyncying and email account

I received a noticed on my watch that an old email address was successfully linked. I never requested the syncing of that email address. That email account had been hacked long ago and I want to unsync it.

HOW DO I UN-SYNC IT?

Keep in mind I don't see it listed in my email accounts on my phone. I am so confused.

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. We understand that you no longer want to see a specific email account on your Apple Watch, so we'd like to help.

Follow these steps:

Open the Mail app on your watch.
Tap All Inboxes.
Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap Edit.
Uncheck the email account you no longer want to see.
