Third Party Vendors are responsible to make Their Devices and any software used for their Devices compatible with macOS Monterey and not the other way around.
They have had plenty of time to Beta Test their software or device with the newest version of macOS if they chose to do so.
After all, it is their best interest to remain clients using their produces.
Go to the manufacturer's (developer if this is software) supports site and see/ask them.
I do not know what that is.
