Apple Music on Android casting to Bose Soundbar 700

Hi,

I have a Bose Soundbar 700, which has both AirPlay 2 and Chromecast built-in, however, when trying to cast from my Android phone, it doesn't show me the Soundbar as an option, only my other Google Home devices (Nest Mini and Hub).

Just wondering if there's an issue here or is it somehow not compatible?

I assume AirPlay is not possible on Android, since I can see the soundbar available as AirPlay from my iPad, but just wondering why not as Chromecast from Android.
