how can i download pics and videos stored on iCloud link?

This only gives me instructions for download from iCloud. That’s easy eanough. I need to know how to copy photos that are in the iCloud link. I can only view these. It won’t allow me to select multiple files and download like I can in the regular iCloud photos.
